The platform is a premier luxury limo and executive transportation service providing airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly chauffeur services, and special event rides. Their fleet ranges from luxury sedans to stretch limos and executive SUVs, all bookable online.
We joined this project through a marketing agency that had already completed the branding and user experience work. They needed a technical partner to build it – take a finished Figma wireframe and create an operational WordPress site without assembling an internal development team.
We acted as the technical partner behind the agency, operating behind the scenes. Our task was to ensure the design worked seamlessly in the browser and that the vehicle reservation, scheduling, and payment systems functioned reliably.

What remained undecided was how the backend reservation system would function – how different vehicle classes (sedans, SUVs, stretch limos) would be structured, how real-time scheduling and hourly pricing would be calculated, and how secure client payments would be handled. That was our challenge to solve.
The service catalog comprises several vehicle options and ride types: Airport Transfers, Corporate Executive Travel, Hourly Chauffeur Hire, Point-to-Point Rides, and Special Events. Each vehicle category needed a dedicated page, detailed specifications (passenger capacity, luggage limit), and high-resolution photo galleries. The client also wanted the ability to add new vehicles to their fleet without calling a developer each time.
There was no out-of-the-box solution that matched their exact workflow. We required a robust architecture to maintain consistency across each vehicle’s page – same specifications layout, pricing tier display, and booking triggers, regardless of fleet expansions.
The larger challenge was the automated reservation and scheduling system. This wasn’t a standard static e-commerce store; it required dynamic distance/hourly calculations, date and time picker integrations, driver assignment logic, and secure payment processing. We needed a unified system for managing both fleet content and seamless booking checkouts.
Additionally, the client requested a streamlined instant-quote calculator for new visitors so they could estimate fares before committing to a reservation. Since the design and copy were already finalized by the agency, we had to strictly follow the wireframe layout throughout the entire build.
We started by focusing on the front-end design, matching the agency’s Figma wireframe closely. We fine-tuned the spacing between sections, image placement, and the conversion flow of the homepage. We built the interface using Elementor, ensuring everything was fully responsive and looked exceptional across mobile phones, tablets, and desktop displays.
For the fleet, we created a Custom Post Type (CPT) paired with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to handle passenger counts, luggage limits, vehicle features, and pricing structures. This setup enables the client to update or add new vehicles independently without touching code.
For the booking and reservations, we integrated a specialized booking plugin tailored for transport services, treating each vehicle as a bookable asset linked to real-time availability calendars. This kept ride scheduling, customer details, and payment processing unified.
We also established an instant quote and booking calculator workflow, allowing users to select pickup/drop-off locations or hourly durations, view pricing instantly, and proceed to a secure checkout supporting major credit cards and corporate billing options.
